In order to preserve the integrity of our survey, it cannot be accessed from our public website.

All Citizens’ Electric customers are sent a paper copy of the survey or provided with link in their paperless bill email. If you are a customer and did not receive a survey or lost the information, please contact our office at 570-524-2231 and we will be happy to mail or email you an invitation.
