RFP for Wholesale Supply
The wholesale default supply plans ("DSP-IV") for Citizens' Electric Company of Lewisburg, PA ("Citizens'") and Wellsboro Electric Company ("Wellsboro") (collectively "the Companies") are set to expire on May 31, 2018. On March 31, 2017, the Companies filed before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PUC") a joint petition for approval of a future DSP-V for the period June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2021. See PUC Docket Nos. P-2017-2596815 and P-2017-2596838. On December 21, 2017, the PUC approved a modified DSP-V for both Companies. On December 28, 2017 the PUC issued an Opinion and Order at these Dockets.
With the DSP-IV plan period coming to a close, Citizens' and Wellsboro now welcome qualified wholesale suppliers to bid on the RFP for DSP-V. Please refer to the Public Documents below to learn how to become a qualified bidder. Once qualified, access to the Confidential Documents will be granted.
