Citizens' has added a new feature for customers using their banks' online bill payment systems! We now accept OBI payments, meaning that the majority of major online banking platforms will transfer funds electronically, same day, rather than mail a paper check. This reduces overhead costs, speeds up the payment process, and avoids the risks of lost or delayed mail. Want to learn more? Check out our Payment Options page.
