  • 12/28/2020 – We continue to receive reports of customer bills delayed in the mail. All bills have been mailed out. The USPS provided the following update on delivery status:
    As a result of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, Postal ServiceTM Priority Mail products and First-ClassTM packages and mail are temporarily experiencing delivery delays due to limited transportation. Due to the pandemic, transportation delays, and extremely high Christmas volumes which the country has not seen before, service times are longer than normal.
    Please be assured, the Postal Service’s goal is to move packages and mail as expeditiously as possible, and we are committed to ensuring timely processing and delivery of essential packages and mail. The Postal Service continually reviews its network capacity to provide the American public reliable, efficient, and fast delivery service.
